Newcastle based lettings company DK lettings recently celebrated achieving ISO 9001 certification the world’s most established quality framework
Nick Parks, who undertook the assessment on behalf of the assessment body QMS Quality Management Systems said:
“The accreditation was awarded within just 30 days and this is testament to the standard of administration and best practice already in place at DK Lettings. ISO 9001 has been achieved by only 5% of UK businesses and is a prestigious award, supported by the government and recognised world wide.â€
DK Lettings was established two years ago after directors, Helen Warden and Andrew Wilkinson identified the need in the north east for a professional and fully accredited residential letting and property management service.
In a sector that is not currently regulated, the company sets itself apart by ensuring that all members of staff have, or are actively working towards the benchmark of licensed membership of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents. DK Lettings are also licensed by NALS (National Approved Letting Scheme) and are members of the Property Ombudsman for residential lettings, providing total peace of mind for landlords and tenants alike
Receiving their certificate of accreditation, Helen Warden, director at DK Lettings said:
