Role Overview: As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our digital strategy, harnessing the power of SEO/SEM, web optimisation, social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation and copywriting to elevate our brand presence and engage audiences across various digital platforms. 

 

This role requires a high level of specialism across all digital marketing disciplines, including working knowledge of website management platforms and their building, as well as a strong understanding of user experience, data capture and analytics to drive effective digital strategies.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute innovative digital strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. 

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of two digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training and education in digital marketing best practices, tools and strategies to enhance team capabilities and drive collective success. 

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement SEO/SEM best practices to optimise website performance and increase organic traffic. 

  • Analyse website metrics and user engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective web optimisation strategies. 

  • Conceptualise and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms to foster community engagement and drive conversions. 

  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention. 

  • Create high-quality, compelling content across various digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts and email newsletters. 

  • Craft captivating copy that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand message across all digital touchpoints. 

  • Build, edit and manage websites using platforms like Webflow, Wix, WordPress and Storyblok, ensuring an optimal user experience and effective data capture mechanisms. 

  • Utilise Google Analytics 4 to measure website effectiveness, track marketing activities, create conversion paths and generate comprehensive reports to inform strategy adjustments. 

  • Craft, design, and build engaging email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or equivalent from conceptualisation to execution. 

  • Create compelling video content for social media, including filming, editing and producing high-quality attractive videos. Manage filming equipment, lighting and sound for professional-level interviewing and content creation. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM, web optimisation, social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation and copywriting. 

  • Must possess a Google Analytics 4 qualification or can adequately demonstrate expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making. 

  • Strong experience in video creation, including filming, editing, and producing content for social media, with a knack for storytelling through visual media 

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance. 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives across various digital platforms. 

  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing comprehensive digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
