Willow Homes (NE) was a privately owned Northumberland housebuilder specialising in exclusive family developments.

Brief

As a newly established company, Willow Homes asked Clothier Lacey to create both its corporate brand and the marketing identity for Nursery Gardens at Stannington, a 34-home development of two, three and four-bedroom properties.


Approach

Our work focused on two areas at once: building the profile of the business itself and promoting the development to potential buyers. Using market insight, we developed a family-friendly brand and rolled it out consistently across key channels, including the website, brochures, site signage, point-of-sale materials, social media and digital advertising.


Delivery

We created a joined-up communications approach designed to strengthen brand recognition while supporting sales activity. By keeping the messaging clear and consistent across every touchpoint, we helped present both Willow Homes and Nursery Gardens as a credible, high-quality offer in a competitive market.


Results
